Waterfront Property Industrial site:
Located only two miles away from Cascade Locks downtown and inside the Urban Growth boundary, the Industrial Park is nearly 120 acres of vacant land prime for commercial or industrial development. Bear Mountain Forest Products is a current tenant in the south west corner of the Industrial Park and aggregate is sold from a rock quarry located near Herman creek. The south end of the parcel could be the new location of the Warm Springs Resort and Casino. This leaves 45 acres of waterfront property available for new business development. The Port leases or sell land and welcomes development that will bring jobs to the community.
