The 120 acre Industrial Park is owned and operated by the Port of Cascade Locks. The park is designed for a variety of uses including heavy industrial, light industrial, commercial, office space and resort residential. The Industrial Park is located on the banks of the Columbia River, just east of the City of Cascade Locks Business District.

Electrical service is provided by the City of Cascade Locks. Power is available 100 amp 3-phase power. There is a 8 MW substation located within the Industrial Park. The site is directly served by an 8 inch water line and an 8 inch sewer line, with both services provided by the City. Telephone service is provided by Sprint, while cable and high-speed internet access are provided by the City.
